At ZanderFi, we're on a mission to level the playing field so real estate professionals get the same tax benefits as corporate giants.
We only allow membership to our platform if we can guarantee a tax and times savings that is significantly larger than the fees we charge. As such, memberships pay for themselves in months.
Our Story
After a couple of brutal years at a local accounting firm, our founder and CEO, Sam Hasbrouck grew tired of life in a traditional CPA firm. He set forth on a new career path in his passion - Real Estate. While he was studying for the Florida Real Estate License he noticed the majority of real estate agents had the wrong tax structure and were completely lost when it came to their bookkeeping and taxes.

With his recent experience at a local firm fresh in his mind, he knew there was a better way to serve clients like agents and brokers. In 2020, Sam teamed up with the incredible team at Stephen L Nieslanik CPA to build out an online accounting platform specifically for real estate professionals.

We spent a couple of years testing the platform and our model so that we could ensure our members were saving significantly more in taxes than what we charge them for our services. In 2022, we officially launched the ZanderFi platform and help more real estate professionals than ever before!

We take a proactive approach and use the latest technology to streamline the entire accounting process for our members. Through the use of the innovative and sleek Hurdlr and ClientHub apps, we have created an accounting tech stack that makes being an entrepreneur in the real estate industry so much easier!

Sam’s education in marketing and experience in the hospitality industry heavily influences our approach to make accounting more personal and enjoyable. Our most prideful compliment is when our members tell us we make all their accounting so simple and easy to understand! We are a nimble and proactive firm and take great pride in "making accounting more human."

When Sam is not helping members increase their profits and slash taxes you will find him paddle boarding, biking, and playing sports with his beautiful wife and three young children!
