It's finally time to fly! We are beyond stoked to announce we are officially open for new members. It's time to see your bookkeeping and taxes in a whole new light.

So, what the heck is ZanderFi anyways? Glad you asked. We are an online members only platform that handles all the back end accounting for entrepreneurs in the real estate industry.

And the best part is we only allow membership if we can guarantee a tax and times savings that is significantly larger than the fees we charge so our memberships pay for themselves in a matter of months. ZanderFi membership grants you to a virtual finance team that will handle company formation, bookkeeping, taxes, payroll and more all in one online platform. With that said, we are not just a virtual accounting firm. We take a proactive approach in the following ways:

Who exactly is a ZanderFi membership for? Technically anyone that is self-employed can benefit from our memberships. And while we would love to help everyone, our experience has shown us that real estate professionals with net income of $75,000 or more gain the most benefit of the ZanderFi platform. As such, we are invitation only and work almost exclusively with real estate agents, brokers, designers, photographers, and others in the real estate industry.

Where is ZanderFi based? We are technically a virtual firm and as such we do not have a brick and mortar office. With that said, we serve members nationwide and our team currently has individuals based in Colorado, Florida, and Texas. Our founder and CEO is based out of Saint Petersburg, FL where you will find him soaking up the sun!

When can I join ZanderFi? We are currently accepting new members so simply fill out our application form and one of our small business advisors will calculate the potential savings of running your business on the ZanderFi platform. If we can guarantee you a time and tax savings that is significantly more than what we charge we will arrange a Zoom meeting to determine if we are a mutually good fit with your company.
